- Every participant must complete the waiver to participate safely and responsibly. If you're organizing a group, use the “Share This Waiver” link and include your Booking ID for each person in the email. Sign Waiver
Check Age Requirements
- The Diamond Skull: Ages 10+
- Patient Zero & The Lost City: Ages 12+ - these include stronger content like mild violence or coarse language
- Urban Assault: Ages 10+, for two-player (1v1) or four-player (2v2) sessions
Arrive Early
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in and settle any amount due. Each VR session lasts 40 minutes total, including briefing and setup, with ~25 minutes of gameplay.
Dress Appropriately
- No baggy clothing or long skirts, they can interfere with tracking sensors on your feet and hands.
- Avoid flip-flops or high heels for safety and comfort.
- A t‑shirt is recommended, you’ll likely get warm during gameplay.

Be Ready for Group Splitting
- Groups over 5 people will be split into smaller teams. While one team plays, the others can enjoy the bar, or crazy golf until it’s their turn.
